How To Use Blate Papes
There are 3 ways to use Blate Papes
**BUT FIRST: You must know what type of powder you’re consuming!
If your powder FLOATS in water (herbs, mushrooms, etc.) use any option.
If your powder SINKS in water (BCAAs, creatine, pre-workout, etc.) use option 3
FIRST STEPS (Your hands must be completely dry)
1. Fill with powder (First time users, start with a small amount of powder, about 1/2tsp, and work up from there.)
2. Wrap pape around powder; making sure it’s as small and narrow as possible.
OPTION 1 - Dip Method
3. Holding the top shut, dip in water halfway
4. Place in your mouth
5. Swallow with more water
OPTION 2 - Float Method
3. Holding the top shut, dip in water and let go of the pouch completely
4. While floating atop the water, nudge it to the side of the cup and into your mouth (or use a spoon to place it in your mouth)
5. Swallow with more water
OPTION 3 - Seal and Soak Method
3. Seal the opening shut by slightly licking or dabbing water on it and then pinching it together
4. Place in your mouth
5. Take a big sip of water and let it soak the pouch for 1-2 seconds (3-5 seconds for herbal powders)
6. Swallow the water and pouch together
