OUR RETURN + REFUND POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please see below for detailed information:
Consumable Food Items: Although we can’t accept returns due to the nature of these products, if for any reason you are unsatisfied after purchasing, we will refund your full purchase price, less the cost of shipping. For orders with free-shipping discounts applied, we will deduct the actual cost of postage from the order.
We only ask that you contact us within 30 days from the date you received your package.
But we’re confident that you’ll love our films just as much as we do..
..and that’s a lot!
Non-Food Items: We accept returns within 30 days of when you received the item(s). To be eligible for a full refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
When a return request is submitted, we will provide a return label and deduct the actual cost of postage from the order. Once we receive your return and inspect it, your refund will then be processed. Please Note: Once we send the return label, the package must be sent within 7 days.*
For items that have been used and/or are greater than $100 in value, we may require a 15% restocking fee. For items greater than $1000 in value, we may require a 25% restocking fee. This can include cancellations of items that have yet to be shipped or have future shipping dates set— don’t worry, this is only if there is a significant cost to the business from the transaction.
Most of all, we want you to be satisfied whether you continue to use our products or not.

replacements or exchanges
We ask that you please contact us within 30 days from the date you received your package.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, we ask that you fill out the exchange form.
If the product arrives significantly damaged, we will cover all replacement parts/costs, including reshipment. For replacements, please send pictures of the damage here.
If you did not receive your order: We ask that you please contact us immediately via the return/exchange form.
*If a product is not sent within 7 days of being sent a return label, the return will be voided and we can no longer accept it. This is non-negotiable.
**We must receive the item back to us in the same condition it was received in. Meaning undamaged, with all parts, and in the box it came and was shipped in.
***Whether or not we require the return of product to process a refund remains at our discretion, as does the amount to be refunded (in those rare instances).
